Don't know what the fuck you leftards are getting so upset about. She's not really British but an Iranian muslim, just happens to be married to a Brit. So she should be well aware of what a bunch of nutters they are out there and taken more care who she was mixing with.
Boris's remark may not exactly be helpful, but she's been banged up for 18 months so it's not like the Iranians were on the verge of releasing her.

Boris is truly awful that is the truth he is about as ready to be Foreign Secretary as Bernard Manning would have been.
Foreign secretary's need to be very diplomatic and Intelligent when speaking Boris is none of these, You have to be very dumb or at the very least very naive beyond belief to not know that places like Iran or Saudi Arabia Russia etc have a very different way of doing things.
Iran have put Nazanin Radcliffe in prison for nothing much and they did not need Boris to help anyone knows that Iran will accuse anyone of being a spy if they so much as squeek that things are better in a democratic England, so teaching Iranians about freedoms that Iran see as westernised and parallel to their whole system is enough for them to put her away for many years, Boris knows this.
Some people are saying blame Iran No blame Boris because we all know what Boris should have done and stupidly did not blaming Iran is ridiculous it is like blaming a shark when you put a hand in its mouth for biting you.

What that government is doing is a cunt thing to do but she would have been aware it's something they are well capable of doing which by it's actions is not ordinary
This whole fucking thing is weird and the fact Boris is getting flack for stating she was teaching journalism is what encapsulates their backward stupidity instead it's been turned round to have a dig at a politician and it's government like they are the ones weird for not thinking being a journalist is a crime.
Any of our citizens should be able to teach things that are within global laws anywhere we fucking like it's called FREEDOM and we've spilled a lot of our citizens blood in the past for the privilege a privilege that had we not spilt that blood then they would have likely been eradicated.

Hold on Nurse Rancid, being a hypocrit is bread and butter to a politician but to be a senior cabinet minister who is supposedly a brillient wordsmith and spout off with no prior briefing or understanding of the case is reckless. Nothing to do with being a hypocrit. This has put an ordinary British citizen in further peril from a rotten regime where what you say means everything. This is far removed from our internal political hissy fits. This is for real. How is being on holiday and training journalists remotely similar?
